In Prague you can also use ferries that connect both banks of the Vltava or the banks with islands. Tickets for public transport are valid here.

Funicular

Petrin Hill is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Prague, and the funicular railway is one of the best ways to get there. The funicular is a historic cable car that has been in operation since 1891 and provides a scenic ride up the steep hill to the top of Petrin. The journey takes less than five minutes and offers stunning views of the city and the surrounding areas. At the top of the hill, you can explore the beautiful gardens, visit the Petrin Observation Tower, and take in the breathtaking panoramic views of Prague.

The boarding point for the funicular is located on the Lesser Town near the tram station Újezd.
